The Reader’s Treasure contains multimedia elements and a system for recording student responses. In order for everything to work properly, be sure your system meets the following requirements:

• Internet connection
• Browser which has javascript turned on. (most do now)
• Browser which has cookies turned on. (most do by default)
• Strong enough processor for streaming video (same as what is necessary for YouTube)
• Monitor that is at least 1024 x 768 (most are more than this now in both dimensions)
• Location needs 10mbit+ of bandwidth if multiple students might be streaming videos simultaneously.

Troubleshooting tips:
Most glitches are only minor hiccups. If something isn't running properly, try the following:

• Change browsers
• Update plugins
• Refresh the page
